Receptionist Requirements
Receptionists are expected to have meticulous organisational and operational skills and ensure the smooth running of a business. Duties may vary but, more often than not, you are the first point of contact for customers. You will need:
- To be reliable & punctual - strong organisational and operational skills
- A confident, friendly and proactive approach when greeting customers in person or over the phone
- Commitment to high quality customer service & good communication skills
- A diligent and hard work ethic
- The ability to work under pressure, in a team and adapt to varied working environments
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A well-presented and friendly attitude to both workers and customers
- Eligibility to work in the UK
