Staff Heroes is recruiting Sous Chef, with minimum 6 months to 1 year experience, for temporary jobs in central London!
We’re looking for hard working, diligent and motivated chefs to work with some of London’s finest restaurants, event caterers and hotels to deliver a world class service to their respective customers.

Sous Chef Requirements
Sous Chef is expected to ensure the smooth running of operations in the kitchen, overseeing food preparation and assembly and helping with food ordering, staffing, stock control, whilst conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations. You need:
- The ability to quickly learn and adapt to varied kitchen environments and food menus
- Attentive and committed to delivering food in a high pressure, fast paced environment
- Maintain food hygiene and quality to the highest of standards
- A positive attitude and good command of the English language
- An excellent leader and team player with strong organisational and operational experience
- Health and Safety & Food Hygiene Certification
- Eligibility to work in the UK
