The Staff Heroes account management team are dedicated to working with your business, to fulfill your requirements for your temporary staffing needs.

If there’s ever anything you’re not 100% sure of, or if you simply want to know how to get the best out of the platform, our Account Management team has the answers.

Whether it be for a specialist event or for help working through the perfect mix of experience, training, and qualities to deliver an exceptional service, our experienced team are happy to answer any questions you may have, no matter the size or complexity.

Ben and Ewa have over 8 years of industry experience between them and have built a wealth of knowledge across a range of industries and client requirements, from large account management to independent & boutique services.

 

Ben Nakimovitch

Job Title: Head of Account Management

Specialism: Stadiums & Contract Catering

 

Ben’s journey in hospitality started in 2006 when he joined Elior group as a placement student. He started working for the contract catering side of the business before moving to the group’s event caterer.  In 2012 Ben moved to London to take part in the London Olympics, not as an athlete unfortunately, but as one of G4S’s onsite workforce support. Like many who experienced the buzz of London 2012, Ben never left the big smoke!

 

Ben then joined Off to Work as a casual member of staff and quickly worked his way up to managing his own portfolio of clients. He now brings his years of expertise to Staff Heroes, making sure we meet clients’ expectations and beyond!

 

His favourite saying is “Pastry for one, pastries for all!”

Ewa Rosset

Job Title: Key Account Manager
Specialism: Hotels and Independent Businesses 

 

Originally from Poland, Ewa moved to Scotland where she received a 1st class honours degree in Tourism and Management. During her studies, Ewa gained hospitality experience working as a Team Leader in the Aberdeen Conference and Exhibition centre, as a Management Trainee at Aramark and in an Account Management role at travel start-up, Festicket.

 

After graduating university, Ewa joined the three founders at the very beginning of Staff Heroes’ journey and has stayed ever since. As she learned every aspect of the business she transitioned from operations to a Key Account Manager for Hotels and Restaurants and is responsible for big brands such as Hilton Hotels, the Marriott Group, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Arora Group and many others.

 

Her favourite saying is “If you have a parrot and you don’t teach it to say, “Help, they’ve turned me into a parrot”, you are wasting everybody’s time.”
