Pastry Chef Requirements
We are looking for experienced Pastry Chefs to join our team. You need:
- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef
- Meet the requirements of the day-to-day kitchen operations and the pastry preparation area
- The ability to quickly adapt to the kitchen's work environment and processes
- Ensure all food preparation is carried out efficiently and in accordance with food hygiene procedures
- Providing portion control, preparation and storage methods to avoid wastage and keep down costs
- Creation and preparation of desserts in accordance with the existent menus
- Excellent command and understanding of the English language, written and verbal
- Eligibility to work in the UK
